Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from a third party administrator?
Insurances currently accepted: Aetna PPO & EAP, BHO-LV Metro Police (PPO ONLY), LV Fire Fighter-(PPO ONLY), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Caesars Casino (PPO ONY), Cigna PPO & EAP, Electrical Workers Local 357, Health Plan of Nevada, Humana PPO & EAP, Sierra Health and Life,Teacher's Health Trust, Victims Witness Program, Victims of Crime Program
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
For your convenience: cash, check , Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. A $2.00 processing fee will be added if you charge by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a Late Cancellation Fee.
